Even with an Alaan Card, you might encounter situations where a merchant only accepts cash. In these situations, we've made it easy for spenders to log cash expenses directly on the Alaan App, and keep track of reimbursements that might be due. Here's how:
Step 1: Open the Alaan App and tap on the Expenses tab at the bottom.
Step 2: Go to the Dues tab at the top, then click + Cash Expense.
Step 3: Tap on Upload Receipt and choose how you'd like to add it—take a photo, select one from your gallery, or upload a file.
Step 4: Once the receipt is uploaded, tap Next, fill in the required details, and submit the expense for your Admin or Accountant to review.
This ensures all expenses, even cash transactions, are properly recorded and tracked. 🚀
