How it works
Step 1: Install the Alaan Extension
Download and install the Alaan Chrome extension to enable the AI agent.
Note: The invoice collector is currently supported only on Google Chrome
Step 2: Select Vendors or Gmail
For vendors:
Choose the vendors you want Alaan to fetch invoices from
The agent opens vendor portals in your browser (just like you normally would)
The extension detects invoices on vendor portals
It automatically downloads them for you
For Gmail:
Alaan’s Agent scans your Gmail for invoice attachments
Relevant invoices are collected automatically
Step 3: Smart Matching
Collected invoices are automatically matched to the relevant card transactions in Alaan
Security & Privacy
No password storage: Alaan never stores your login credentials
Local processing: All actions are performed locally in your browser
Full control: You log in and stay in control at all times
Limited data access: Only invoice data is collected, not sensitive account data
Alaan works like an assistant inside your browser. It does not access your accounts externally.

Q: Do I need to share my passwords?
