If you have been earning cashback with your alaan transactions, the unredeemed balance will be displayed next to your Primary Wallet in the Dashboard.
To redeem your cashback to your Primary Wallet:
Click on Redeem
Click Redeem Now on the pop-up panel.
You will also be able to see your cashback redemption history in the pop-up panel.
Cashback is only available for customers in specific Pricing plans. Speak with your Customer Success Manager for more information.
