How to setup Expense Tracking Tags

An admin or an accountant can set up tags to monitor your spend by additional dimensions relevant for your business (e.g., project, client, store, site, etc.)

  • Log into your account on Alaan.

  • Select the More drop-down menu on the sidebar menu and click Accounting.

  • Click Manage Tags under the Expense Tracking Tags tab.

  • Click Add Tag Group and add individual tags under this group.

The user will be able to tag each transaction according to the spend category from their mobile app.
