To complete your onboarding, you must provide proof of an active corporate bank account in the UAE. This is a mandatory requirement to ensure compliance and verify your company’s operational status.
Accepted Documents
You may submit one of the following:
Bank Reference Letter (also known as IBAN Letter or Account Confirmation Letter)
Must be issued within the last 3 months
Should clearly state your company’s name, account number, and IBAN
PDF Bank Statement
Must be for the most recent month
Should be a statement of your UAE corporate account

Outdated Documents:
Bank Reference Letters or IBAN Letters older than 3 months will not be accepted. Submitting outdated documents is a common issue and will delay your onboarding process.How to Obtain a Bank Reference Letter:
