Bank Account Proof Requirements

To complete your onboarding, you must provide proof of an active corporate bank account in the UAE. This is a mandatory requirement to ensure compliance and verify your company’s operational status.

Accepted Documents

You may submit one of the following:

  • Bank Reference Letter (also known as IBAN Letter or Account Confirmation Letter)

    • Must be issued within the last 3 months

    • Should clearly state your company’s name, account number, and IBAN

  • PDF Bank Statement

    • Must be for the most recent month

    • Should be a statement of your UAE corporate account

Important Notes

  • Outdated Documents:
    Bank Reference Letters or IBAN Letters older than 3 months will not be accepted. Submitting outdated documents is a common issue and will delay your onboarding process.

  • How to Obtain a Bank Reference Letter:

    • Most UAE banks allow you to request a Bank Reference Letter, IBAN Letter, or Account Confirmation Letter directly through their online banking portals or mobile apps.

    • The process is typically quick and can be completed in a few steps. The letter is usually sent to your registered email or made available for download.

  • Document Names:
    These letters may be referred to as:

    • Bank Reference Letter

    • IBAN Letter

    • Account Confirmation Letter
