Add funds to my Alaan account

Adding money to your Alaan account is quick and easy. Please note only admins or accountants can view the beneficiary account details to add money to the Alaan account. Below are the steps you need to follow:

  1. Login in to your Alaan web dashboard by visiting

  2. Click Add Funds under your current balance on the home screen.

  3. Click Bank Transfer from your Corporate Bank Account to see beneficiary account details.

  4. Transfer the amount by visiting your bank branch or via mobile or net banking.

  5. Click on Submit Confirmation of Bank Transfer and upload the transfer receipt.

We will top up your Alaan balance once the transferred funds reach the beneficiary bank account. Our banking partner processes transactions at three different times on weekdays:

  • At 10:00 AM

  • At 2:00 PM

  • At 6:00 PM

We recommend transferring funds at least a couple of hours before these times.

Although most transfer gets reflected within a few minutes, some transfers can take up to 24 hours. That is very rare. Transfers may be affected by banking delays.
