ZATCA Reporting (Optional)
If your company address hasn’t been added yet:
You can still download invoices and credit notes
However, they won’t be reported to ZATCA (Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority) until your address is submitted
To enable ZATCA reporting, simply send your company’s billing address to Alaan Support. We’ll handle the rest through our integration
If you can’t find your invoice or need help updating your billing details, reach out to Alaan Support — we’re happy to assist.
