Alaan allows Admins to transfer funds between wallets within the same organization. This can be used to move funds between a primary wallet and sub-wallets, or between two sub-wallets, depending on your funding needs.

Inter-wallet transfers are processed instantly and do not create expense transactions.

Steps to transfer funds between wallets

Follow the steps below to transfer funds between wallets (inter-wallet transfer):

Step 1: Log in

  • Log in to your Alaan Admin web portal using your account credentials.

Step 2: Navigate to Manage Funds

  • From the sidebar menu, click Home. On the dashboard, click Manage Funds in the top-right corner.

Step 3: Click on Transfer Funds

  • On the Manage Funds page, click Transfer Funds (top-right corner).

Step 4: Select the wallets

  • Select the source wallet (primary or sub-wallet).

  • Select the destination wallet (primary or sub-wallet).

Step 5: Enter the amount and confirm

  • Enter the amount you want to transfer, add a note (optional), enter your passcode and confirm the transfer.
