I’m unable to login on my mobile app

This can happen sometimes because the version of the app installed is not up to date. You can ensure you have the latest version installed by locating the app in the app store.


Step 1: Go to App Store (iOS) or Play Store (Android) on your phone.

Step 2: Search and select Alaan.

Step 3: Look for the Update option. If the Update option is visible, click on it to update the app to the latest version.

Step 4: If there's no Update option, it means the app is already up-to-date and ready to be used.

If the log-in issue persists after ensuring the app is up-to-date, proceed in this order:

  1. Check with your Admin that your account is still enabled.

  2. Reach out to Alaan's Customer Team for further assistance.
