That can be frustrating. This can happen sometimes because the version of the app installed is not up to date. You can ensure you have the latest version installed by locating the app in the app store, and clicking on the “Update” button. If there is no ‘Update’ button, that means you’re already on the latest version. If you are still unable to login, please contact our Customer Support Team.
