This guide explains how to set notification alerts for transactions and low balances on Alaan. It also outlines the different stages of the spender journey where Alaan sends reminder notifications and emails.

Step 1: Select the Settings tab from the sidebar menu.

​Step 2: Click the Notifications widget.

​Step 3: Under Your Notifications, you can choose to be notified every time a transaction occurs. If receiving notifications for each transaction is too much for you, you can be notified only when transactions exceed a certain amount or for transactions from specific wallets.

​Step 4: Select whether you would like to receive a Weekly Cardholder Adoption Report.

Step 5: Under Notifications for others, you can define when your team members are reminded about pending receipt submissions or pending expense approvals.
