Your funds are held in a protected client pool account with Mashreq Bank in the UAE. The account is in the name of our fintech partner NymCard Payments Services LLC.

Nymcard is regulated by the Central Bank of the UAE under the Retail Payment Services and Card Scheme regulations under License identification number 07.01.02.001.2022.02 and is obligated to comply with Central Bank of the UAE regulations - in particular the ones relating to the safeguarding of client money.

The funds will not be accessible to Alaan and are strictly used only for spend using your Alaan corporate cards and are reconciled on a daily basis.
