Settle expenses of a cardholder

In the Employee Hub menu, Admins can track the balance between the company and an employee. The following transactions affect an employee's balance:

  • Amount is owed to the employee

    • Out-of-pocket expenses

  • Amount is owed to the company

    • Rejected transactions

    • ATM withdrawals

Learn how to settle a cardholder's outstanding expenses in this step-by-step guide.

Step 1: Select Employee Hub menu from the sidebar.

Step 2: Locate the employee and expand the section to see their outstanding expenses.

Step 3: Click on the expense to review its details and receipts.

Step 4: After reviewing the outstanding expenses, select the employee and click on Mark as Settled.

Settlement is made at the employee level. For exceptional cases of partial settlement, please contact our Customer team.

Step 5: Once an employee is settled, the settlement details are moved to the Settled tab.
