The Alaan Dashboard provides a dedicated section to help you easily manage your team's Alaan access and card status.
Step 1: Navigate to the Dashboard menu and locate the Employees section.
Step 2: Review the chart summarising the status of your employees' journey:
Active Employees
Yet to Register
Employees Without Card
Deactivated Employees
Clicking on a Status will route you to the full list of Employees in that Status.
Bonus: Invite new team members to join Alaan directly from the Employees section.
