This article provides a walkthrough on how to check the status of cards issued by the admin via the Alaan app.

Step 1: Select Dashboard from the sidebar.

Step 2: Locate the Cards section.

Step 3: Review the various statuses of the cards issued to users.

Step 4: Click on any of the statuses to see the list of cards included in each.

Step 5: Click on Send Reminders to send an email reminder to the users who have not completed activation yet. You can also personalise the message sent.
