Alaan allows corporate admins to manage multiple legal entities, including subsidiaries, sister companies, or affiliates, all within a single platform.
You can easily add related entities from the Alaan web app and manage them alongside your existing organization, with centralized visibility and control.
How to Add a Related Entity
If your business operates under multiple legal entities, you can add them easily from within the Alaan app. Here's how:
Step 1: Log in to the Alaan web app
Go to the Alaan web app and sign in with your admin credentials.
Step 2: Open the company menu
In the bottom-left corner, click your company name next to your profile photo.
Step 3: Click “+ Add Related Company”
From the company menu, select this option to begin setup.
Step 4: Enter entity details
Provide the required details: Company name and Website URL
Step 5. Click “Create New Company”
After entering the details, click “Create New Company.”
A confirmation message will appear in the bottom-right corner of the screen to let you know the company has been successfully created.
Step 6: Switch to the new entity and accept Terms
Reopen the company menu, select the newly added entity, and accept the Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) by clicking “I Agree.”

What Happens Next
Each entity you add goes through its own onboarding process, which includes:
Know Your Business (KYB) verification
Assignment of users and roles
Configuration of policies and controls
The new entity is automatically linked to your main (parent) entity, so you can manage everything in one place.
