Step 1: Open the Alaan mobile app. If a card is issued to you, it will appear on the app.

Step 2: Click on the Cards menu at the bottom of your screen to view the cards assigned to you.

Step 3: If it's your first card, verify your identity and complete the KYC process by following the instructions on the app. Refer to this article for more information on this process.

Note: The KYC process may take a few hours to complete. Enter your details accurately, including name, nationality, date of birth, etc. These details should exactly match those in your ID. Scan your actual ID from your mobile phone, not a picture of the ID.

Step 4: After KYC completion, you'll receive an email. Return to the mobile app and follow the instructions to activate your card.

Step 5: For virtual cards, go to Cards, select the virtual card, and click Activate Card. The card is immediately activated and ready for use.

Step 6: For physical cards, activate them once you receive them.
