Scheduled Maintenance: Platform Downtime (March 1st, 2026)

We’ll be carrying out scheduled maintenance on 1 March 2026 from 00:00 to 04:00 (UAE Time). This is part of a platform upgrade to improve reliability and security.

What will be affected?

  • You won’t be able to log in to the Alaan Web Dashboard or the Alaan Mobile App.

  • No changes can be made to cards, users, limits, or account settings.

  • Once the maintenance is complete, full access will resume as normal.

What will continue to work?

  • Card payments will continue as normal, based on your existing card limits and status.

  • Wallet top-ups will be credited as usual, even if initiated during the maintenance window.

  • Receipt submissions can still be made via offline channels (for example, email forwarding).

  • Your funds, wallet balances, and card transactions are not impacted by this maintenance.

Do I need to take any action?

  • No action is required.

  • If you plan to make changes (e.g. updating limits, freezing a card, or modifying account settings), we recommend completing them before the maintenance window begins.

What if I need urgent assistance during the maintenance?

If something urgent comes up (for example, if you need to freeze or cancel a card), our team will be monitoring throughout the maintenance window.

Q: Can I still use my card during this time?

  • Yes. You can continue making payments with your card as normal, based on your existing limits and card status.

Q: Will my funds or wallet balance be affected?

  • No. Your wallet balance, funds, and card transactions remain unaffected during this maintenance.

Q: What if I need to urgently freeze or cancel a card?

  • If you need urgent assistance (for example, to freeze or cancel a card), please email [email protected]. Our team will be monitoring and actioning urgent requests throughout the maintenance window.

Q: I made a wallet top-up during the downtime. Will it go through?

  • Yes. Any wallet top-ups initiated during this time will be credited as usual.

Q: Can I still submit receipts during the maintenance window?

  • Yes. While you won’t be able to log in to the Web Dashboard or Mobile App during the maintenance window, you can continue submitting receipts via existing offline channels.

  • Once the platform is accessible again, your receipts will be visible in the system as usual.
