How To Reset Your Passcode Or Password

Here's a step-by-step procedure to update your Alaan account Password or Passcode.

Step 1: Navigate to the Settings menu.

Step 2: Under Account Security, click Update.


Step 3: (Skip to Step 5 if you want to change your Passcode) Enter your current password in the designated field. Then, type your new desired password in the next field.


Step 4: Click Submit to confirm the changes. A pop-up window will appear, informing you that this update will apply to both the Web app and Mobile app. Click Continue to save your new Password and enable it across all devices.

Step 6: Click Submit to confirm the changes. A pop-up window will appear, informing you that this update will apply to both the Mobile app. Click Continue to save your new Passcode and enable it across all devices.

To help keep your account secure, sensitive card actions are restricted for 4 hours after resetting your passcode. During this period, you will not be able to:

  • View your card details

  • Add your card to a digital wallet (e.g., Apple Pay, Google Wallet)

  • Update or reset your card PIN
