You can now complete the entire company verification process, known as KYB (Know Your Business), directly from your mobile device. This includes signing up, entering company details, uploading verification documents, and submitting the application, all within a single mobile session.
Previously, if you signed up on a mobile device, you were asked to switch to a desktop computer to complete this process.
What You Can Now Do
Start and complete KYB entirely on mobile. After signing up on a mobile device, you're taken directly into the KYB form, with no prompt to switch to a desktop.
Fill out a form designed for mobile screens. Every step of the KYB form has been adjusted to fit and function properly on smaller screens.
Navigate easily between steps. The form includes mobile-friendly navigation controls and checks each step for errors before letting you proceed.
Upload documents using your phone's camera. You can take a photo of a required document directly within the form, instead of needing to locate and upload a saved file.
See your progress at a glance. A progress indicator remains visible throughout the process, showing you how many steps remain.
Submit your completed application from your mobile device. Once all steps are finished, you can submit your KYB application without needing any other device.
Step-by-Step: Completing KYB on a Mobile Device
Sign up for an account using your mobile device (such as a phone or tablet).
You're taken directly into the KYB form on the same device.
Complete each step of the form, entering your company information as prompted. Each step is checked for errors before you can move forward.
When a document is required, you can either take a photo of it using your device's camera or upload an existing file.
Check the progress indicator at any time to see how far along you are.
Once every step is complete, select the submit option to send your KYB application for review.
