Too many OTP requests within a short period can temporarily block your number from receiving codes and trigger a 24-hour cooldown. Please wait for the current OTP to arrive or expire before requesting a new one.

Q: Can I choose Voice OTP right away, without waiting for 2 SMS attempts?
No. Voice OTP becomes available after 2 SMS OTP requests, allowing time for the SMS code to be delivered before offering the voice option.
Q: Will the Voice OTP call come from a specific number?
Yes. The call will come from Alaan’s verified IVR number. Please answer the call to hear your OTP.
Q: What if I miss the Voice OTP call?
If you miss the call, you can request another one as long as you haven’t exceeded the daily limit of 2 Voice OTP calls.
Q: Does Voice OTP work if my phone number is outside the UAE?
Yes, Voice OTP is also supported for the Philippines, Thailand, UK, and Kenya.
Q: What should I do if my number is blocked from receiving OTPs?
