No worries, it happens to the best of us! Follow these simple steps to reset your passcode:

​Step 1: Open the Alaan app and log in using your registered email ID or mobile number. On the login screen, tap Click here next to Forgot Passcode?

​Step 2: You’ll soon receive a 6-digit code sent to your email or phone number from Alaan. Enter this code to verify your request.
​

​Step 4: Create a new 4-digit passcode and confirm it when prompted and you’re all set! Use your new passcode to log in to your Alaan account.
