No worries, it happens to the best of us! Follow these simple steps to reset your passcode:
Step 1: Open the Alaan app and log in using your registered email ID or mobile number. On the login screen, tap Click here next to Forgot Passcode?
Step 2: You’ll soon receive a 6-digit code sent to your email or phone number from Alaan. Enter this code to verify your request.
Step 3: Create a new 4-digit passcode and confirm it when prompted and you’re all set! Use your new passcode to log in to your Alaan account.
To help keep your account secure, sensitive card actions are restricted for 4 hours after resetting your passcode. During this period, you will not be able to:
View your card details
Add your card to a digital wallet (e.g., Apple Pay, Google Wallet)
Update or reset your card PIN
