Export your Alaan expenses in a CSV format for an upload to your preferred accounting software. This streamlines the process of bill reconciliation.

Step 1: Navigate to the Accounting section through the More drop-down menu on the sidebar.

Step 2: Under the Download Bills tab, click Downloads.

Step 3: Customize Your Export by selecting the Card Currency, Expense Review Status, Time Period, and Format. Optionally, exclude previously exported bills using the checkbox.

Step 4: Click Download Now to save the data file to your computer. You may need to enable downloads from Alaan on your browser.
