Adding receipts to transactions is an easy process that helps you keep track of your expenses and maintain accurate records. Here are the steps you need to follow to add receipts to your transactions:
Take a clear photo: Use your phone camera to take a clear picture of the bill. Make sure that all the details on the receipt are visible and legible.
Open the transaction: Log in to your Alaan account and select the transaction.
Attach the receipt: Click Tap to Add a Receipt and select the photo.
For online receipts, you can forward the receipt or invoice to [email protected] from your registered email. We will automatically scan the invoice and link it to the correct expense. Our system will inform you if we do not find a matching transaction.
