Here is a step-by-step of how to get your physical card delivered to you as quickly as possible.
Step 0: Confirm the following set up steps:
You have received an email informing you that you have been issued an Alaan card.
You have completed your KYC process. Learn more about KYC here.
Step 1: Open the Alaan mobile app and follow the instructions
Step 2: Enter the address where the card should be delivered. If necessary, you can update the address when the courier company contacts you.
Physical cards can only be delivered to addresses in the country where they were issued.
Step 3: Physically receive the card from our delivery partner.
The delivery of your physical Alaan card is handled securely via our trusted courier partners and requires your physical ID and signature upon handover for verification and security purposes. Below are the details:
