Here is a step-by-step of how to get your physical card delivered to you as quickly as possible.
Step 0: Confirm the following set up steps:
You have received an email informing you that you have been issued an Alaan card.
You have completed your KYC process. Learn more about KYC here.
Step 1: Open the Alaan mobile app and follow the instructions
Step 2: Enter the address where the card should be delivered. If necessary, you can update the address when the courier company contacts you.
Physical cards can only be delivered to addresses in the United Arab Emirates.
Step 3: Physically receive the card from our delivery partner.
Delivery of the physical card takes 3 working days via Aramex courier (Saturday included), and requires the Emirates ID and signature upon handover for security purposes
Step 4: Open the Alaan mobile app, navigate to the physical card, click Activate Card and follow the instructions. The card should be immediately activated.
