You can temporarily freeze your card on the Alaan mobile app. Navigate to Cards on the Alaan mobile app and click the Freeze toggle under to the respective card. All future transactions will get declined. You can unfreeze your card at any time.
To permanently block a card, click Cancel instead of Freeze. Please note that canceling a card disables it for future use. Subsequent transactions tied to this card will get declined. Cancellation is irreversible. However, all previous transactions made on this card will still be available to everyone on their respective transactions history page.
Admins can freeze and block any card within the company. However, only the admin can unlock cards frozen by them. Please contact your Alaan admin for a replacement in case of cancelled cards.
