You can temporarily freeze your card on the Alaan mobile app.
Go to the Cards menu
Navigate to the card you wish to action
Click the Freeze button.
From this moment onwards, all transactions will get declined. You can unfreeze your card at any time. However, if your card was frozen by an Admin, only an Admin can unfreeze it.
To permanently block a card or to request a replacement card, please contact your Admin.
