The Alaan mobile app lets you easily freeze your card with a few taps, preventing any further spending until you or your Admin unfreeze it. Here's how to freeze your Alaan card:
Step 1: Open your Alaan mobile app and navigate to the Cards menu.
Step 2: Scroll through the cards until you locate the card you would like to freeze.
Step 3: Click on Freeze to immediately suspend the card.
What Happens Now?
Any transaction attempted on the frozen card will be declined.
You can unfreeze the card at any time by following the same steps.
If your card was frozen by an Admin, only an Admin can unfreeze it. To permanently block a card or to request a replacement card, please contact your Admin.
