This guide details the process of reviewing card requests and their status on the Alaan web app.
Step 1: Navigate to the Cards menu on the sidebar.
Step 2: Click on the tab Card Requests tab, where you will find three sub-tabs:
Awaiting your review: Requests pending your review.
Awaiting others review: Requests pending review from other users.
Reviewed: History of requests made.

Step 3: Click on View to see the request details, and then on Approve or Decline based on your review.
Step 4: If your workflow requires a second reviewer, the request will now show on Awaiting others review until the following approval takes action.
Step 5: Once the approval workflow is complete, the request will be moved to the Review sub-tab, where it will be shown alongside all historical card requests.
