If you haven't received an SMS on your mobile phone...

  • No worries! Verification codes can take a few minutes to reach your device. Click “Resend Code” to have a new code delivered to your mobile number.

  • If you still haven’t received the code, it could be because of an incorrect mobile number. Confirm if your details are correct, by checking the last four digits of the registered mobile number on the app. In case there is an error, please inform your company admin to rectify the mobile number. Thereafter, you should be able to receive the verification code in your mobile.
