There’s been a fraudulent transaction on my card. What do I do?

Freeze your card immediately by logging in to your Alaan mobile app and clicking Freeze under Cards. Reactivate frozen cards by clicking Unfreeze. Do not unfreeze the card till you can confirm the transaction is not fraudulent.

If the fraud alert is legitimate, you should block the card immediately. Log into the mobile app and click Cancel under Cards. Please email us at [email protected] to report the fraudulent transaction immediately.
