Non-UAE KYC Verification

Updated this week

To complete your Non-UAE Resident KYC Verification, please ensure you have your passport and residence ID (issued by Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, or Jordan) ready.

Step 1: Click on Start Verification.

Step 2: Enter your name exactly as it appears on your passport.

Step 3: Select the issuing country of your residence ID (Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, or Jordan).

Step 4: Choose Passport as the document type.

Step 5: You can either take a photo of your Passport using your phone or upload a clear, legible image of your Passport. If you choose to take a photo, click "Continue."

Follow the on-screen instructions to receive a secure link. You can do this by scanning the provided QR code, copying the link, or choosing to receive it via SMS.

Step 6: Once your passport is uploaded, follow the same steps to upload your residence ID or permit.

  • If you are a resident of the country, select National Identity Card

  • If you are working there, select Residence Permit

📌 Note: The issuing country here refers to your country of residence — not your nationality. For example, if you live in Qatar, select Qatar and upload your Qatari Residence Permit or ID.

🇪🇬 For users residing in Egypt: You may only see “Driver’s License” listed as an option. However, it is acceptable to upload your Residence ID instead in this section.

Step 7: Once your documents have been uploaded, you will be prompted to record a short 20-second video using your device.

During the recording, you'll be asked to:

  • Clearly repeat the numbers shown on the screen out loud

  • Turn your face slightly from side to side

Step 8: After completing the verification process, please inform us by email so we can assist you with the next steps.

  1. Upload the passport in the designated passport section and the residence ID/permit in the respective section. Submissions with documents uploaded in the wrong sections will be rejected.

  2. Do not upload a single image showing both your passport and residence ID/permit together.
