To access our Help Center articles, log in to your Alaan account using your existing credentials.
⚠️ If you open an article link without logging in, you’ll see the sign-in prompt:
"Unable to load this article, you may need to sign in first. You can try sending us a message or logging in at Alaan."
Steps to Access:
🌐 Web App
Here’s how you can access the Help Center from your web browser:
Step 1: Click on Alaan from the message or visit https://app.alaanpay.com/
Step 2: Log in with your Alaan credentials.
Step 3: Once logged in, you can access the Help Center in two ways:
To search for articles topics:
Click Help & Support in the bottom-left corner.
Select Help, then type your topic into the search bar.
To open a direct article link:
Log in first.
Then open or refresh the article link to view its contents.
📲 Mobile App
Here’s how to access Help Center articles from the mobile app:
Step 1: Click on Alaan from the message or visit https://app.alaanpay.com/
Step 2: Log in with your Alaan credentials.
Step 3: Go to Profile → Chat with us to open the Help Center.
Step 4: Use the search bar to find Help Center topics.
